Mental and Emotional Wellness: 

This pandemic is an attack on not only our physical health, but also our mental and emotional health.  As such, it is essential that we do the very best we can; whatever is in our power to be well.   Ashley Morris MSW, LCSW will be providing strategies to cope with feelings of loneliness, stress, anxiety, depression,  worry, and grief.  Subscribe to Holo Wellness on YouTube and follow on Instagram and Facebook for tools/resources and updates.





Physical Wellness/Activity:

Research has proven the positive impact of physical activity on mental and emotional health.  In order to improve mood and cope with the effects of social distancing, it is essential that we remain physically active.  As a fitness trainer, Ashley Morris has specialized knowledge regarding the physical activity and fitness activity that will feel  good for your body and will increase motivation to remain active.  Workouts and other physical activity suggestions/demonstrations will be shared on the Holo Wellness Youtube page and on the Holo Wellness Facebook and Instagram pages.

Quarantined Alone Support Group:

“Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much”-Helen Keller

Coping with a pandemic and being quarantined is difficult, but doing it alone can feel like an insurmountable challenge. Often times family and friends are unable to relate to the experience and therefore are limited in there abilities to provide support. The purpose of this group is to connect others who are self-quarantined alone with support from each other and in doing so, create a community.  Whether you are single, divorced, widowed; in your 20s, 50s or 80s,  we welcome you to join! Email Ashley Morris MSW, LCSW at and enter “QA” (for Quarantined Alone) in the subject title. You will receive a brief questionnaire which must be completed to receive next steps to join.  Please do feel free to also email questions/concerns to Ashley.



Holo Out Loud is a podcast focused on addressing a myriad of issues and topics related to mental, emotional, physical, social, and occupational health. Your facilitators are: Tosha Jackson who holds a Masters of Counseling and a Masters of Education degree, and has over 20 years of experience in counseling and leadership development in the public sector.   Ashley Morris holds a Masters of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Fitness trainer and proud mother of 3. She has over 10 years of experience in both the public sector and private practice as a clinician.  Together as a mother and daughter duo, they offer a wealth of knowledge, insight, perspective, humor and non-judgmental support for listeners.  More info coming soon!
